VOCALS
Born daughter of Joe Villarreal ( a retired Tejano Musician himself ) Kelly started singing at a young age. After many performances for family and friends, Kelly decided to take her talent to the public stage.
She first began experimenting with musical theater. After a serious bout with stage fright, Kelly quickly overcame fears, and from the first musical solo, she knew she was hooked for life on the sweet sweet sound of music.
She Sang for K.I.G.S., performing for large youth groups and festivals in central Texas. It was not long before she was performing at the Velveeta Room on historic 6th street in Austin, Texas.
Her hometown-Austin, gave her great exposure to the many tastes and Southwestern flair that the Hill country had to offer.
She loved Austin but left it for the Dallas Fort-Worth area to pursue her intellectual studies. After earning her bachelor’s from UTD in Interdisciplinary studies she Performing for large youth groups and festivals in central Texas. Kelly entered and won 1st place in a sing competition in Dallas. A proud mother of four, Kelly has been working and writing with lBS since
the summer of 07

Keyboards, Drums, Vocals and DJ

BigSteve, like the rest t.v. Dinner generation, he was left to his own devices. Not that his childhood was bad. In fact, he says it was great. He got to work with power tools at a young age,
and his square wave Dad taught him how to use a soldering iron to build his own electronics. He
just did whatever he wanted to do.
With birth and family taken care of, he moved on to his “B” student days. He joined his brother’s band at 15 because they didn’t have a drummer for a Swiss avenue gig in Dallas.
This first band experience was a mish-mash of psychedelic 70′s and electro Mexican candy ass pop. His next band was a a big leap-a punk band. The gash broke up as fast as they were formed. But the music bit was embedded in his soul.
BigSteve moved around from instrument to instrument, before settling on the bass. Rorschach Records was developed by BigSteve and fellow band mates in 1984 to support local music.
After a blurry stint of years in Deep Ellum, an ever hopeful BigSteve joined the military to play rugby.
